THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE Do you enjoy working in an exciting environment If yes, then come and join us in the Nephrology and Transplant directorate at the University Hospital of Wales. We are looking for someone to join our friendly team as a Clinic Co-ordinator to support our daily Transplant outpatient clinics. You will be working across Mondays to Fridays for 27.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 12 months. We are looking for someone who can work flexibly to suit the needs of the service. You will be flexible with days and hours but the preference is for the post holder to work at least a 1-2 days a week until 4.00pm. You will have good communication, organisation, team -working and administration skills and experience of working with the public, reception duties and knowledge of data entry (training will be provided for our in-house IT systems).
