Automation, Selenium, Cypress, SDET, Developer In Test, Cardiff, Newport, SwanseaI have several positions for testers with experience of automation to join an amazing company who have recently opened a brand new office in Cardiff.They are a fab company with an amazing culture that they are busy recreating in Cardiff!They currently have a team of 14 in Cardiff and they have said it very much has a start-up feel whilst still being part of a bigger, very successful organisation. This is a genuinely great company to work for where they really look after their staff. They have grown at phenomenal rates and work on a variety of different projects so you will never get bored! In fact theyWhilst you will be based out of their central Cardiff office, they need people who would be ok to travel to some of their clients on occasion. These will be based around South Wales (any extra commuting costs on these occasions would be covered) ).. Covid has changed a lot of things and ways of working so they are hoping when things settle down the travel to be on-site wont be anything too major ON THE times it would be needed and will be broken up with home working.If you want to do more automation then these are the folk to join. Their other offices have some of the best automation Testers I know and their teams are working closely with the Cardiff office so youll have some amazing people to learn from. They are technology agnostic so you will get involved in working with a whole variety of cutting-edge automation tools and tech and will get the opportunity to work on a whole host of different projects and platforms including things like systems testing, web testing, mobile testing. They started as a software house and still retain this at their core with 70/80% of their business still being bespoke software.They are a super passionate bunch of people and some of the nicest people I know. They throw themselves into the local meetup scenes and you can regularly see their teams presenting at local meetups. They have a super collaborative environment and are really big on knowledge sharing and have a great social culture.They love people who love to learn and want people who are excited about getting to learn new automation tools and languages. They are looking for people with automation skills with any language. You dont need to be able to build frameworks from scratch, if you have automation skills with just adding new functionality etc to a pre-written framework then that could be good enough for them. They are also open to hands-on Automation Leads as they could really use some skills in this area too (there is a possibility for some flex on salary if needed). These guys work in an agile environment and although in an ideal world you will have too.
