Associate Reference: KOCAR79Location: CardiffSalary: £40-50,000 Dependant on experience This presents a unique opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Architect to join an award-winning chartered practice based in Cardiff at an Associate level. The firm is seeking an ambitious professional with a wealth of experience ina senior capacity within a multidisciplinary architectural practice. Their expertise spans across education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial sectors. The supportive and inclusive environment enables agile working and collaboration withother studios on projects across the UK.The role entails overseeing the entire project lifecycle, demonstrating strong technical and managerial skills. Responsibilities encompass team leadership, business development, client engagement, and resource management.On offer is a competitive salary and the chance to join an award-winning team and play a huge contributor toward their success.Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Associate:

  • Desired MCIAT or RIBA/ARB chartership.
  • Substantial post qualification experience in multidisciplinary practices.
  • Essential proficiency in Revit.
  • Project management expertise, including people management, and delegation skills.
  • Strong technical prowess and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with RIBA work stages 4-6.
  • Living in Cardiff or within a commutable distance from the city.
  • Boast strong design flare and technical capabilities.
