Job Description

Role: Assistant PlannerLocation: CardiffSalary: £25000-£28000Penguin recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Multi-National Leading Property Consultancy with offices throughout the UK. Working in sectors such as Asset Management, Buying or Selling, Consultancy.Due to a healthy workload are now on the lookout for an Assistant Planner to be the latest addition the office in Cardiff.Essential Criteria for an Assistant Planner:

  • MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters. (Relevant Town Planning Degree)
  • Understanding at a practical level in property.
  • 1- 2 years of exposure in the private sector of planning.
  • Strong numerical and report writing skills.
Responsibilities and Duties of an Assistant Planner:
  • Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.
  • Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
  • Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
  • Becoming a single point of contact for clients.
