Job Description

We are supporting our client to recruit a Assistant Management Accountant - Hybrid Working to provide support to the UK Business. On a day to day basis you will provide support the accounting team and more specifically the Management Accountant.Client DetailsThe client is a global manufacturing & technology company who provides smart technical parts and solutions in the forms of managed services or singular products.DescriptionAs the Assistant Management Accountant - Hybrid Working you will:

  • Responsible for maintaining the financial books and records
  • Perform sales and purchase invoicing
  • Payment processing and administration
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts in line with the relevant accounting policies
  • Month end prepayment and accrual calculations
  • Preparing journals for review
  • Preparation and assistance with supporting schedules
  • Assist in the production of balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variance
  • Reconciling aged creditors and debtors and pursuing recovery with suppliers
  • Undertake financial analysis and production of supporting financial and non-financial reports
  • Providing day-day administration duties in relation to the role
ProfileThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • Studying towards an Accountancy qualification i.e. ACCA, CIMA or AAT
  • Have experience of large integrated ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc)
  • Knowledge of UK Accounting regulations
Job OfferThe successful candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant - Hybrid Working role:
  • Be Based in Cardiff
  • Receive £23,000 -£26,000 Per annum
  • Generous Holiday and Pension
