Support & Business Analyst (WAP)Application SupportSalary: £24,907 to £30,615Hours: 37.5hrs per weekTenure:PermanentLocation: CardiffAs the functionality and user base of WAP increases, we are looking for an applicant to join our team. If you would like to be part of this team, you will need a strong technical background and an aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to work in a range of relevant subject areas. A background in software support or development would be beneficial, however practical experience and knowledge of the following would be particularly advantageous: -*ITIL Service Delivery and Service Support*Incident, Problem, Change and Release management*Querying databases using T-SQL for data investigation and reporting purposes*Technical knowledge and administration skills in MS Internet Information Services*Practical experience in the use of a variety of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) e.g. SOAP*Knowledge of XML & XSLT*Problem solving skills*Customer service rolesExperience of working within a software service delivery and 2nd/3rd line support environment is essential for this post.
