CALLING ALL CRITICAL CARE BAND 5/6’s - We are actively seeking BAND 5 /6 CRITICAL CARE NURSES to join our team at Sirona Medical, to cover agency shift work within NHS hospitals across Cardiff surrounding areas. Our ideal Nurse will be flexible, passionate and reliable with previous experience of working within an NHS setting or within the private healthcare sector.This role offers flexible temporary agency working hours, with either full or part-time even booking shifts available to fit around your work / life balance.Critical care specialities include; A+E , ITU, NICU, CCU, MIU, CAMHS, SCRUB NURSES & MIDWIFERYNurses work as part of a team of professional and medical staff that includes doctors, social workers and therapists.Typical duties of the job include:·Accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programs of care within the framework of team nursing·To promote a patient focused approach to both acute and general care in collaboration with all other relevant health professionals·Provide leadership and general supervision of all activities to nursing staff in relation to the care of patients·Carry out nursing procedures and treatments, including the administration of medicines and controlled drugs following NMC guidelinesRequirements for the role·Current NMC Pin·Enhanced DBS Check·Right to Work in the UK·Flexibility and reliability·Up to date CV covering up to 10 years of work experienceSirona medical offer·Excellent rates of pay with a weekly payroll·Wide range of shift patterns and flexibility·PAYE and Limited Company·Fast and friendly registration process·24hr on call service***Limited offer £250 for referral bonus******Limited offer £150 registration bonus***If you fit the above criteria, please get in touch with Laura on immediately.
