We are advertising, recruitment and hiring software experts providing fully rounded solutions that meet a companys entire recruitmentneeds, from producing an advert to attracting the right people and onboarding them via our market-leading hiring platform software.We are many clients first stop for their advertising needs and with that in mind, we are continuing to see ever increasing demands for our support from new and existing clients.We are now recruiting for an Administrator to join our Client Services team who are involved in the posting and administration of the job adverts we create on the job boards and social media outlets.Your day-to-day:On a daily basis, our Administrators in the Client Services department play a vital role in ensuring our job adverts are posted to required job boards and social media outlets in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Our Administrators ensure we deliverwhat our clients are coming to Webrecruit for!Working with tried, tested and workable automated solutions alongside nuanced, mindful processes, no two days are truly the same; we have plenty of systems and ways of working in place to make our delivery as smooth as possible, but we also work in a fast-pacedenvironment that presents daily, differing needs that make for a positive and dynamic work environment.What were looking for:Our team come from a wide array of backgrounds with varying levels of experience. What makes our teams and associates successful is a communal willingness to deliver excellent work for our clients every single day.With our continuing successes, we do have days where the volume of work coming through can be high and we need team members who can adapt to these periods of business with a calm and collected approach, whilst maintaining an eye for detail. You will also needconfidence in being able to communicate with clients, candidates and colleagues alike so professionalism and rapport building capabilities are important to this role. The ability to speak Welsh, in addition to English, is also essential for this post.Specifically, you will:- Post client approved vacancies to job boards- Edit live adverts on job boards- Liaise with suppliers and the commercial team as required to ensure the posting of roles onto general and specialist job boards- Manage and respond to enquiries and requests in the shared services inbox- Liaise with clients, candidates, and colleagues via telephoneThis is not an exhaustive list of duties, and there is plenty to get involved with including setting up branded accounts for clients on the job boards, administering social media campaigns, supporting clients and candidates in their journeys and more!Ideal candidates will have experience of working in an administrative capacity in either Advertising or Recruitment, or both; however, this is not mandatory and what we are really looking for is strong and demonstrable administration skills, an eye for detailand a commitment to getting a job done right.
