Were seeking a part time or full time HR Administrator to join the HR team of a not-for-profit organisation in Cardiff. Through a wide range of community-driven initiatives and programs, the charity has been addressing various social challenges and providing vital assistance to those in need.At present they employee 250 staff; these roles vary from Administrators to Clinical Staff.DescriptionAs the People and Learning (HR) Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Recruitment and Onboarding Officer in recruitment activities,such as uploading adverts and responding to application queries, assisting in preparing interviews, and supporting recruitment and administration of volunteers. Additionally, you will provide support to managers and staff concerning staff welfare matters,employee engagement activities like the annual staff survey, and reward and recognition initiatives.Your attention to detail will be crucial in conducting regular audits of staff files to ensure all documents are complete and up-to-date. You will also coordinate all administration related to employee absence, including sickness, maternity, paternity, andparental leave.In this role, you will liaise with payroll to manage staff personal details, salary, and role changes. You will be responsible for minute-taking at meetings, processing DBS and Police Vetting administration, and maintaining accurate records on the employeedatabase in line with GDPR regulations.You will support staff well-being initiatives, participate in employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements regarding record destruction. Additionally, you will be involved in governance checks for Nurse PINS/Registrations,BBVs/vaccines, insurance, licenses, as well as Doctor and Counsellor Contractor checks and administration.Your meticulous approach will be essential in conducting audits of interview notes, digitising documents for staff files, and ensuring employee personal details are up-to-date through an annual round-up. You will review employment applications, manage keypolicy read receipts, and ensure staff are up-to-date with Health and Safety training.Furthermore, you will oversee routine execution of reward and recognition schemes, maintain email distribution lists, and manage the info@ email account. Handling TUPE information and new contract updates will also be part of your responsibilities.Other duties include monitoring sickness, coordinating Return to Work interviews, and updating Dependency leave swap records and buying/selling annual leave requests.Join our dedicated team and contribute to the success of our organisations mission while ensuring a seamless employee experience.Profile
