Job Description

Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator for a large engineering company. Based in Cardiff, this commercial administrator will play a key part in the smooth running and operational efficiency of the business.This administrator role is on a temporary to permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion.Role Responsibilities will include:

  • General business administration
  • Liaising with engineers onsite
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers to order in spare parts
  • Customer Service
  • Oversee the purchasing system & ensure the products are on time and within budget
  • Provide support to the engineering manager and liaising with the group on outstanding debts
Skills and Experience required:
  • An understanding of operational requirements
  • Previous experience working within an engineering environment is beneficial
