Job Description

It is a full time, permanent position that requires working from the office based in RumneyIn exchange of your experience and knowledge, the company is offering the salary of up to £30,000paFor the purpose of this role, all candidates will have to have a proven record of using Sage You will be reponsible for:

  • maintaining staff training schedules, records and information,
  • maintaining, updating and auditing the accreditations,
  • looking after site procedures,
  • banking,
  • reconciliations of creditors statements, producing cheque runs and updating supplied files,
  • issuing and circulating all valuations, producing sales invoices and credit control procedures,
  • looking after Managing Directors general correspondence,
  • H&S documentation
Desired experience and skills:
  • Admin experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction or logistics industries,
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Sage proficient,
  • Professional telephone manner and great communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Ability to manage your workload effectively.
Due to location of the site, you will have to have your own vehicle
