We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic account manager to manage a portfolio of 300 existing accounts.Responsibilities• Achieve and exceed monthly account renewal and revenue targets• Pro-actively track usage and keep clients informed regarding their usage• Use calls to build a detailed knowledge of customer organisations to enable upselling of new products and services to existing contacts.• Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding• Network through companies and introduce yourself to key influencers and decision makersSkils/Experience required• You have a bachelor degree in business, marketing or communications• At least one year of relevant working experience in a sales role• Outstanding communication, telephone and social skills, are customer and solution focused• You are an enthusiastic team player, creative and to solve issues in a unique way and eager to be successful• Able to work with Microsoft office products and preferable have experience in working with CRM systems (e.g. Oracle / SalesForce / SAP)• Self-motivated to achieve renewal and revenue targets and carry out a high volume of activity• Able to manage competing tasks against multiple deadlines• Highly attentive to the customer experience• Expert at questioning and building long term relationships to retain customers and explore sales opportunities with them• Skilled networkerOn offer• A dynamic role in lively and fun team environment• Development opportunities within the company with a variety of training facilities• Regular feedback on how you are doing and how to grow and develop• An open and informal company culture, you will be encouraged to be your own leader, take responsibility for your job and your career path• A competitive compensation and benefits package• Recognition for your achievements• Exposure to the credit industry, financial sales and a variety of clients• Social committee that organises social events on a regular basis Required skills
