Job Description

An Account Executive is required for a busy office in Cardiff to manage business enquiries by phone and email for service delivery. This role will support the key accounts with delivery tracking, service enquiries and general administrationduties.Duties will include:

  • Supporting the requirements of key customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service standards.
  • Manage accurate invoicing and queries.
  • Promoting retention and escalating any challenges or concerns.
  • Working to contract agreements per client.
  • Obtaining approvals and signature and creating credit checks and onboarding of new accounts.
  • Assisting in office projects related to new large customer accounts.
  • Handle financial transactions.
  • Supporting growth of sales through leads and information for the sales team.
We are looking:
  • Great customer service skills and experience within a busy office environment.
  • Experience in managing key accounts, working to specific KPIs / SLAs.
  • Ability to process data into a complex IT database and reporting system.
  • A strong communicator who can liaise with a variety of people at various business levels.
  • A great team player.
The details:
  • Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm. full time and permanent employment contract with a great career path, training and support.
  • Weekly pay
  • This is a busy company that offers incentives, great holiday leave, company events and much more.
