Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced medical staff to join our esteemedclients Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.Position Overview: As a member of the A&E medical team, you will play a pivotal role in providing urgent and critical care to patients in their time of need. Your clinical expertise and commitment to emergency medicine will be instrumental in saving lives anddelivering compassionate care.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide immediate medical care to patients presenting to the A&E department with a wide range of medical conditions, injuries, and emergencies.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, paramedics, and allied health professionals.
  • Perform life-saving interventions, resuscitations, and procedures.
  • Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care based on the severity of their condition.
  • Initiate and coordinate treatment plans, diagnostic tests, and referrals as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records are maintained in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior medical staff and medical students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Medical degree and full registration with the UK Medical Board.
  • Relevant experience in Accident & Emergency Medicine or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage emergency cases independently.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with emergency medicine advancements.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
