3rd Line Network Engineer (Cisco / OSPF / BGP)£35,000 - £45,000 + Progression Opportunities + Training + Company Benefits PackageCardiffAre you a 3rd Line Network Engineer with knowledge of OSPF and BGP looking to join a specialist technical consultancy where you will be offered continuous training and development opportunities whilst being given the opportunity to step up into a SeniorManagement roleOn offer is the opportunity to become to go-to-technical person within a well-established and continuously growing hosting services provider that heavily invest in its team members.In this role you will be responsible for resolving technical incidents, overseeing alterations to the WAN / VyOS portfolio and will work closely with clients to resolve technical issues.This well-established network and hosting provider are looking to add to their team due to a huge demand for their services. The team provide continuous technical and professional development opportunities to their team members, with the goal to help themprogress to Senior Management roles.This role would suit a 3rd Line Network Engineer with experience working on Cisco software looking for continuous training and development opportunities and the opportunity to step up into a Managerial role.The Role:

  • Resolving 3rd line support issues
  • Managing the WAN / VyOS portfolio to always ensure maximum network performance
  • Monitor, investigate, and diagnose any issues with clients
  • Progression opportunities to Senior Management
  • Continuous training and development
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call allowance
The Person
  • 3rd Line Network Engineering background
  • Experience with Cisco products/ OSPF/ BGP
  • Live in commutable distance to Cardiff
