Do you have experience in Warranty Projects and in-depth knowledge of the industry Do you have knowledge of policy and procedure as well as workshop processes Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to interact with all levels within the dealer networkThey are looking for an enthusiastic Warranty Improvement Consultant to join their team, covering the South East Region.What will I be responsible forAs a Warranty Improvement Consultant with our client, you will have the opportunity to provide in depth reviews of dealer warranty process operations focusing on customer concern identification, repair capabilities and potential audit risk.You will assist in the selection of dealers to participate in the programme and provide analysis of dealer historical warranty cost performance. The Warranty Improvement Consultant will conduct a manual review of pre-selected paid claims and associated dealer documentation to validate that correct administrative procedures have been followed and that the selected claims were appropriate in all respects.You’ll also review of all dealer service department processes, technician, service advisor and warranty administrator training and advise dealer on best practices with respect to warranty processes and compliance with the Warranty manual.Following visits, you will prepare detailed review reports identifying potential audit risk, inappropriate and/or inaccurate claims, areas of process inefficiencies training requirements. You’ll conduct follow up visits at 3 and 6 months following the initial review to ensure that action plans are being achieved.Could this be the ideal for meThe successful Warranty Improvement Consultant must have experience in Warranty Projects and an in-depth knowledge of the industry. You’ll ideally have an industry related degree, although other degrees will be considered and have at least two years of workshop experience.
