Job Description

Trainer & Digital Learning SpecialistCanterburyPart time - 21 Hours Per Week (0.6 FTE)Up to £39,000 Per Annum FTEThe OpportunityResponsible for developing a blended learning environment through effective utilisation of digital learning tools. Working with various stakeholders across the business your objective will be to optimise learning & Development for all staff, ensuring the most effective range, reach and volume of central learning programmes offered to all employees. Applying your high-level technical expertise, you will influence the delivery of a new digital strategy for L&D and build upon the newly delivered LMS to create innovative digital learning solutions.The need to knowIn order to be considered suitable for this role, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following attributes.1.Experience developing eLearning Courses/Programmes2.Background working with LMS (Moodle)3.Ability to manage complex multi-task projects with effective storyboarding4.Experience with Course Development Software (Adapt, Camtasia, Animaker)5.Strong Project Management Skills and interpersonal skills6.Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and practice7.Relevant Degree holder (HR, L&D, Digital Learning etc.)The need to do nowIf you consider yourself suitable based on your recent experience for this role, and have what is required based on the above criteria, then please apply with an up to date CV (word format) along with your contact details, and a brief summary as to why you wish to be considered for the role.All suitable applications will be considered, and we endeavour to respond to all targeted responses.
