Sous Chef - superb 4 star hotel - fine dining restaurant -This stylish boutique hotel caters for one of Kents finest restaurants, serving exquisite modern European cuisine, a champagne bar and private dining.Currently they are seeking a talented Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef with the day to day running of the fine dining restaurant. They prepare fresh, seasonal menus and everything is made in house using the finest, local produce.Ideally, they are looking for a Sous Chef with previous experience at AA Rosette level and a real passion and desire to take the restaurant forward.
