Worth Recruiting – Property Industry RecruitmentRICS CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR (COMMERCIAL)– Residential Lettings AgencyLocation: Gravesend / Canterbury / Maidstone / Home BasedSalary: £45 - £55kPosition: Permanent – Full TimeWe are seeking a MRICS Building Surveyor (Commerical) within a Building Consultancy Team of Chartered Surveyors in North Kent. This is an opportunity to join an expanding team based in either in their local branches.You will have strong Commercial Building Surveying Skills in most service areas and be responsible for delivering professional and project services as well as contributing to the growth of the department.You will be required to work across all sectors and the role will involve the undertaking of an array of building surveying services.Skills: The skills required for this RICS Chartered Building Surveyor (Commercial) role will include:

  • RICS / MRICS Registered valuer
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification.
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
  • Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests
  • Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
  • In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
  • Attention to detail/disciplined individual
  • A good team player with strong analytical skills
