Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Manager to be based in the Medway area, but must have a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed), as you will be visiting sites across Kent frequently.Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role involves supporting the provision of high-quality care, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving commercial success across a number of care homes. You will implement strategies, in order to achieve excellencein service delivery and cultivate supportive and inclusive environments. Your leadership will be integral to fostering a commitment of outstanding care and elevating standards. Duties will include relationship management, complaints management, keeping Headof Operations appraised, producing monthly reports, people management, quality & compliance, and the development and mobilisation of new services.Salary is c£50,000 per annum, with benefits to include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • A proven track record in care, with solid experience of leadership in a multi-site management role.
  • Good understanding of CQC, contract compliance and policy.
  • Ability to address safeguarding concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with governing bodies.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
