  • The schools personal development and student well-being including spiritual, moral, social and cultural themes, equal opportunities, British values, healthy lifestyles and mental health and SIAMS
  • The schools worship in line with the schools Christian Ethos, whilst communicating the schools vision in order to support the headteachers strategic leadership.
  • The implementation and quality assurance for learning of the whole school cross-curricular themes.
  • The schools programme of career advice and guidance, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure high standards of teaching, learning and guidance.
  • Who are we looking for:
  • An individual with experience at middle leadership or senior leadership level in an 11-18 school with a successful track record of teaching across the age and ability range.
  • A skilled leader with previous experience of significant line management responsibility with the ability to build effective inter-disciplinary teams.
  • Someone with In-depth knowledge of developments in learning and teaching, and the ability to use these to improve student outcomes
  • A candidate with knowledge of implementing strategies to raise standards, with an aptitude and enthusiasm for effective analysis of data and its use in setting targets for improvement.
