Job Description

HR GO are currently recruiting for a Porter Team Leader for the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.The work pattern will be 5/7 days per week, various shifts to include early mornings, lates, weekends and nights.You will require an Enhanced DBS for this role, processed via HR GO unless you have a check on the update service.The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the PorterTeam, and will be heavily focused on administration.Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties as needed
  • Daily contact with Porter team.
  • Direct and assist Porter ream staff within departments.
  • Manage absence and arrange cover.
  • Provide staff training.
  • Maintain hygiene and Health and Safety legislation and ensure staff are fully inducted.
  • Carry out tasks as required.
    • System Experience:
  • Candidates MUST be IT Literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
    • The Ideal Candidate will:
  • A very strong administrator
  • experience managing a small team
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Show initiative and self-motivation
  • Be Reliable.
  • Be prepared to work unsociable hours
  • Have Flexible attitude to working times and methods.
