Junior IT Technical Support Analyst - Near Canterbury, KentCirc £20,000 - £25,000 + Good Benefits & Career Development OpportunityA rare and exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic IT savvy graduate / college / school leaver or 1st line / junior IT support person to join a super company based on the outskirts of Canterbury. The Junior IT Technical Support Analyst will workalongside a small team of skilled and experienced 3rd line colleagues responsible for building, administering and supporting the IT Infrastructure for approx. 600 staff across multiple site. The junior will pick up the more minor 1st/2nd line aspects of ITSupport (such as PC Builds, system checks / monitoring, site replacements, software licensing, managing escalations with 3rd party providers, IT administration etc) with a view to being trained up eventually to 3rd line level.Interested candidates will need to be self-motivated with good communication and customer service skills. Youll be organised, reliable, a keen leaner, team player and have a knack for problem solving. Youll need to be mobile / car driver as client site isnteasily accessible by public transport. From a technical perspective youll need to have experience in end user IT equipment and basic networking knowledge.
