Job Description

Are you highly motivated, energetic and hard workingIf so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the innovative Community Recovery Service Line (CRSL) C&C Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based in Canterbury, Herne Bay and Faversham as a Health Support Time and Recovery worker (STR)The team is multi-disciplinary and support Service Users with mental health and social care needs living in the community. The work presents challenges but is rewarding.Experience of working with Service Users who have mental health needs or from a background of working in health or social care provision is essential.Successful applicants will work alongside Nurses and other team Clinicians. You will be supported via supervision and appraisals to complete a health care certificate and to identify further development needs such as additional training.
