We need a head Butcher for one of the most exciting butchers counters in East Kent.Our butchery is part of the Food market at The Goods Shed in Canterbury.We only sell local meat bought direct from the farmWe practice whole carcass butchery where we use or sell the whole beast.We produce value added products such as our own Salami,bacon,brawn,various saussages with no additives,marinated meat for barbeques etc.You will be in charge of a team of four butchers who,as well as serving our customers,work with our restaurant needsOur customers are dedicated to buying local produce and have a strong interest in their meat.Please visit our website which will give you a flavour of the market in general and the butchery in particular Required skills
