A leading demolition and groundworks contractor is looking for a commercial manager to join their team to lead the expansion of their Kent office. This position has come about due to the fact that they have hit their profitability goals as well as expandingtheir client base and the commercial director is looking for a righthand man or women to come in and lead the commercial team and the expansion for this office. As well as a market leading salary and package this award winning contractor with strong team focusto business is looking for somebody with management experience who wants to develop their own career and ambitions in management as the business continues to grow.While experience as a Commercial Manager or a Managing Surveyor with a demolition and groundworks background is obviously an advantage it is by no means essential.
