Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Finance Director specialising in Group Financial Accounting. This role will provide robust financial leadership within the NHS, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organisation.Client DetailsThis on of the largest NHS Trusts and is committed to delivering top-tier service in the Kent area.Description

  • Provide leadership in the development of Group financial policies and procedures overall financial programmes across the Trust.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, deliver year end accounts.
  • Support the leadership team in decision making through financial analysis and advice
  • Monitor and manage the organisations financial risks
  • Ensure financial compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Develop and implement strategies for financial growth

  • Proven leadership abilities
