Parts Service & Customer Service Manager£60,000 - £70,000 + 10% bonus + Car Allowance + excellent benefitsReporting to the General Manager for Multichannel this pivotal role is responsible for delivering the target for Parts sales and ensuring a market leading experience for customers transacting with my client via direct sales channels.The role will provide strategic, dynamic, & innovative leadership to the National Direct Parts Sales & Customer Service teams in order to transform the parts sales organisation and create a market leading customer experience.This is a major role within the organisation and you will be managing 30 Parts Sales and Customer Service teams set across 3 locations. The role has responsibility for improving turnaround time and responsiveness within a team for a company that offer to their customers 1.5 million different parts.This role is home-based covering multiple sites.To be suitable for this role, you must have:
