Job Description

Training and Development AdministratorLocation: London Canary Wharf£28,000 to £34,000 depending on experienceAn exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful wealth management firm, supporting the Head of Training and Development has arisen.Company InformationPinnacle Wealth Management LLP is one of the fastest growing wealth management firms in the country. Our Pinnacle Academy has supported over 80 people build successful and fulfilling careers in wealth management.Training and Development Administrator roleThe role will entail all aspects of administration relating to the training for new and current financial advisers.Main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Organising and ensuring the smooth running of the training diary
  • Attend all adviser 1:1’s, responsible for taking minutes
  • Attend all training sessions, responsible for taking minutes and managing feedback
  • Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the training programme are delivered
  • Assist with adviser role plays
  • Participate in creating and implementing training programmes
  • Assist with long term professional development of staff
  • Process client meeting feedback sheets received from observers and maintain for feedback
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • What we’re looking for:
  • 3 year’s proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
