Staff Nurse (Rotational)At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered a private London based client that offers world class treatment to patients across a range of Medical and Surgical specialties both inpatients and outpatient. Located in a beautiful, leafy district of London they work to provide the best in private healthcare & NHS services and facilities. They have an available opportunity for a Staff Nurse to rotate across various departments withing the hospital. If you think the position is right for you, lets talk.RESPONSIBILITIES:The overall responsibility in this role is to support all departments within the hospital rotating across the medical ward, surgical ward and palliative care department, gaining experience across a range of specialties.CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Working alongside the Senior Staff Nurses in the relevant departments you will be responsible for ensuring the right standard of care is provided to all patients at all time. Your responsibility will cover all aspects of acute patient care, often including comorbidity and post-surgery recovery. You will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. Working as part of the team you will be competent across Venepuncture, Cannulation and Phlebotomy, carrying out these tasks on a daily basis while maintaining a safe environment for patients under your care. You will also be assigned other ad hoc duties as required by senior members of staff in the relevant departments. EDUCATIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES:Nursing Degree NMC Registration REQUIREMENTS:To be eligible for the role, you will need to:• Have at least 1-year post graduation experience and a valid NMC registration• Have experience of working in a medical/surgical setting• Have experience in BLS• Be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.• Have excellent communication skills and be a good team player.
