Job Description

Quest Search and Selection are partnering with this multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Fashion brands.This new role will be to drive their digital and omnichannel loyalty programme & campaigns and making creative & data focused decisions.The roles & responsibilities of this Senior Loyalty Campaign Executive position -

  • Work within the new loyalty strategy to drive engagement and retention for new and existing customers across the programme.
  • Present campaign plans to stakeholders in the business, overlooking various brands and customers
  • Assist with the creation of the promotional plan
  • Ensure all customer lifecycle campaigns are active and optimised across channels
  • Creation of data to understand customer lifetime value,
  • Formulating customer segmentations for campaigns.
  • Manage and implement the test plan for campaigns.
  • Evaluate date to recommend changes to the loyalty programme.
  • To be successful in this Senior Loyalty Executive you must have -
  • An experienced or senior CRM, Loyalty or Retention Executive.
  • You must come for a retail, eCommerce or agency background
  • You must be hand on in creating campaigns and understanding the data behind decisions
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A big part of your job involves gathering and analysing data to help you understand your customer so you must consider yourself a data geek!
  • Well versed in marketing activities including event and activation.
