Job Description

Our client is a multi-award-winning video technology agency, specialising in personalised and interactive videos solutions. The business itself is an SME with a board in their late 20s and a privately owned parent company with a £50m t/o, aaa credit ratingand £3m cash reserve at all time (so it really is a have your cake and eat it situation).Due to continued growth in a really short space of time they now need an account manager to join them.The team is made up of an eclectic mix of developers, data gurus, connoisseurs in creativity and pragmatic account managers.They help improve customer communications through the power of video.Our client base includes some of the largest multinational companies, all using VideoSmarts services to achieve a range of marketing and servicing objectives.THE ROLEAccount Management

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Day-to-day management of campaigns, from personalised video to chatbots and website build
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings
  • Liaise with your dedicated clients daily to deliver projects to a high standard and resolve any issues
  • Present creative concepts to the client and work collaboratively to develop ideas
  • Work alongside the creative studio to generate campaign concepts, scripts and
  • Organise and attend filming days at external
  • Work collaboratively with the development team via our project management software platform to implement change requests and campaign build
  • Perform testing of assets as part of the quality assurance
  • Raise job bags, POs and invoices on the companys Management Information
  • Complete job level tracking of costs

  • Co-ordinate and attend quarterly service reviews with your accounts to cross-sell and drive client

SKILLS REQUIRED
