As one of 3 payroll seniors reporting to Partner level within this 12 partner firm of chartered accountants you will be responsible for a portfolio of 40-50 clients, with full client interaction including payroll queries, payroll issues and problem solvingcovering :Conduct payroll activities in Payroll system for clients, Maintain payroll related records (P45, New starter checklist, SMP schedule, DEA etc)New starters/ leavers/ Overtime/ holiday pay calculationsMonthly/weekly preparation of the payrollPayroll tax compliance (including P11D; P45s P60s etc)Manage employee benefits/ Pension/Cycle to Work and Health Cash PlanCalculation of SSP, SMP, SAP etc.Assisting with reconciliation and year end processYou have at least 2-3 years payroll experience within practice.Exposure to IRIS/STAR payroll software usefulSuperb benefits include, Hybrid working model 2/3 days in the office split with home working, Pension: 5% Employer Contribution, Holiday: 25 Days + BH (Pro Rata) and Health Cash Plan- Platinum Cover !
