Job Description

Im currently working with one of the biggest and most prominent jewellery designers of his generation. They are known for their bold and glamorous fine jewellery .This exciting role as an Operations Executive is to provide day-to-day operational support to e-commerce, retail, and logistics. The ideal candidate will be positive in character and highly proactive. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and able tocollaborate effectively with other team members to grow the E-Commerce revenue, while ensuring that the operational procedures and stock control processes are well managed.Duites

  • Work hand in hand with the E-Commerce Manager to meet customer expectations and ensuring speedy resolutions of operational queries (missing parcels or items, late shipments, quality issues, returns and exchanges, cancellations etc.).
  • Take the lead in responding to all ecommerce enquires via email/ WhatsApp/ Live Chat/ Videos and Hubspot.
  • Account management of Powerfront, executing the live chat strategy that leads to greater conversion online and upsell.
  • Process ecommerce orders - from generating the order on SAP, completion of paperwork, transfer of sku, packaging and booking couriers, ensuring compliance of all processes, stock movements within SAP and packaging guidelines at met.
  • Ensure CRM data is effectively managed with customer information tracked and updated in both HubSpot and Loyalty Program.
  • Pulling / transferring stock for e-commerce orders, and marketing shoots from our Mount Street salon.
  • To support the E-commerce Manager with day-to-day operational tasks on the website (Magento platform) that supports with the development and progression of the Stephen Webster ecommerce channel.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting for ecommerce sales.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Luxury sector experience required.
  • 2+ years in operational support/ customer service experience required.
  • E-Commerce Experience desired.
  • Experience of working in the Jewellery Industry desired.
  • Ability to work well in an environment that requires a high degree of self-motivation
  • Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Experience with Dotdigital, Magento, Shopify, and SAP, desirable.
