Job Description

Internal Account Executive (UK & Ireland) - £35,000 - Northwest LondonThe RoleDo you possess previous experience within sales or account management Are you driven and organised Do you have excellent numeracy and customer service skills If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you.They are a global supplier of cables and cable accessories, and are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced and self-sufficient environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:- Plan, prioritise and check sales orders and ensure the details are accurately transferred into our order management system.- Gain an understanding of customer needs and requirements.- Supported by a responsive procurement and logistics team, Internal Account Executives take full responsibility for the overall execution of their transactions, from initiation to completion.- Ensure administrative policies and procedures are adhered to- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate (internally and externally) to ensure customer orders are implemented correctly with 100% accuracy.- Provide high standard of customer serviceThe CompanyOur client is a UK-based supplier of cables and cable accessories supporting projects across industries including railways, mining, renewable energy, construction and infrastructure.   • Energetic and charismatic.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Enjoy following all tasks through to completion.
  • Experience within a busy office environment.
  • A high level of numeracy is essential.
  • Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding clients expectations.
  • Demonstrate acute attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English) and good telephone manners are crucial.
  • Able to work well under pressure as the role requires dealing with numerous time-sensitive activities, sometimes simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in either account management / customer service / sales admin is required.
  • An electrical, industrial or B2B sales background is advantageous.
