Job Description

Altum Consulting are proud to be exclusively partnering with one of the UKS National Youth Organisations.This role as a Finance Co-Ordinator will focus on the accounts payable and receivable side of finance as well as multiple other aspects of finance, this role will give you exposure to the whole business. While this is an entry level position and we willconsider candidates withany level of experience, some finance experience is desirable.Role responsibilities

  • Produce bank incomes
  • Process supplier payments and expense claims.
  • Process monthly credit card transactions.
  • Petty Cash and pre-paid card administration.
  • Manage annual fees.
  • Provide budget holders with reports.
  • Investigate and resolve financial queries.
  • Provide weekly bank statements.
  • Maintaining transaction logs.
  • Prepare contracts and self-billing invoices
  • Work to continuously improve, embed and document financial processes.
Person specification
  • Some finance experience is desirable but not required.
  • Administration experience is necessary.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise work in an efficient manner.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Be passionate to work within Charity / Non-Profit organisation.
