We are working with one of the UKs leading retail / e-commerce businesses, in search of a Warehouse Shift Manager to join their growing and very successful team.This is an exciting opportunity for any Warehouse Supervisor to challenge themselves within this fast paced, dynamic and fast-growing organisation.Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 8-10 warehouse operatives, operating across varying shift patterns. In this role you will assume responsibility for delivering and achieving all service levels,including cost savings, productivity efficiencies and operational setup.You will also oversee the delivering / collecting vehicles and driver management as well as manage, train & develop all team members.This role operates on a rolling 3-week shift pattern, consisting of earlys (7.00am), days and lates (not passed 9pm). There is also 1 weekend in 3 to be worked and you must be commutable within the Cambridgeshire / Huntingdonshire area tooIt is essential you can demonstrate strong working knowledge of WMS, and the ability to analyse the output and improve operational efficiencies.
