Job Title: Warehouse/ Production ManagerLocation: Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire, CB21 5ETSalary: CompetitiveJob Type: Full Time, PermanentHours of Work: 0600 - 1500About the Company:S&B Herba Foods Ltd is a leading Rice and Pasta business in the UK (part of the Ebro Foods Group) serving the wholesale, retail and food manufacturing industries.The Fulbourn site is responsible for the production and packing of rice into various pack sizes from 1000kg down to 4kg.About the Warehouse Managers Role:As part of the Management team you will responsible for the smooth running of the production site with particular responsibility for the warehouse packing and logistics. Alongside the Assistant Mill Manager, you will ensure that stock is available to mill,pack and load and adjust schedules to suit.Day to day duties will be delegating staff to various roles, monitoring packing output, and maintaining a clean working environment.You would be expected to contribute to and maintain our Food Quality Systems.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the candidate will ideally have experience in milling / food processing or grain handling (although applications from candidates with experience in other relevant industries are welcomed).You should have a proven track record of managing staff.The successful candidate will need to work as part of a team; have a practical attitude towards problem solving, be quick to pick up the mechanics and workings of the production environment.Benefits:
