As Talent Partner you will be responsible for attracting talent and on-boarding new employees across multiple disciplines, ensuring a positive on-boarding experience. Identifying possible gaps or challenges in talent attraction as well as building talent pipelines. You will be hiring for roles across multiple business functions. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a business partnering approach and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role offers organic growth and development and will be responsible for creating and implementing recruiting strategy including brand initiatives, attending recruitment events and identifying new channels to highlight opportunities to the market.We are looking for recruitment professionals who are already in internal recruitment roles or those who may want to make the transition from agency. The role will report into a supportive Head of HR who will ensure you are given the support and tools in order to succeed.
