Job Description

This is a highly exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives and have the potential to grow and develop with thebusiness. The position has come about due to internal promotion which shows that the company invests in developing your career.As a Supply & Operations Assistant there will never be a dull moment.   • Complete bottling run reconciliations timely and accurately
  • Support with bulk and finish goods order administration
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Book stock onto internal ERP/accounting system
  • Check shipping documents
  • Populate and check data in production plan for our bottling plant
  • Approve Freight and Demurrage invoices
  • Process bulk and finish goods invoices
  • Participate in regular meetings/calls with our partners (bottling plant, freight forwarders, etc.)
  • Own the Technical Specifications database
  • Liaise with Australia to manage up to date technical information on all products including managing vintage changes, new products and NPD
  • Assist with stock reconciliations and month end processes
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Highly numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across all functions and build relationships with external business partners.
  • Keen to work in international logistics.
  • Computer literate (e.g. MS Excel).
  • Keen to learn and take on responsibility.
  • Organised with strong time management skills.
  • A problem solver who can positively challenge the status quo and look improvements in process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Willing to show flexibility and adaptability during peak business periods.
  • Self-motivated. Pro-activity & a positive attitude is key to making a difference within a lean organisation.
