Job Description

Transformation Project Manager - Senior Project Manager - Transformation - ServiceNow - Permanent - up to £60,000 + bonus + package - Hybrid - London - ServiceNow delivery - Progression - Managed ServicesSenior Transformation Project Manager (ServiceNow)Hybrid - With some travelUp to £60,000 + bonus + benefits Concept Resourcing are working with an established Microsoft Gold Partner who are going through significant growth and therefore are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Transformation Management Office, to lead and manage the execution oftheir ServiceNow implementation project.As the Senior Project Manager, with extensive ServiceNow experience, you will be core member of the Business Transformation team and Transformation Management Office. You will have the opportunity to work closely with executive stakeholders to define anddrive transformational change.We seek a hands on and experienced Senior Project Manager who will:

  • Coach, encourage and hold people to account for delivering their responsibilities within projects
  • Ensure high standards of governance is followed and help to define/optimise delivery standards and processes
  • Drive projects forward with an emphasis on delivering at pace and persevering through challenges
  • Work with the Change team to ensure change impact assessments are carried out and change readiness is effectively planned
  • Own the project roadmap and delivery schedule
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies whilst escalating as required
You will be someone who can lead the full 360 experience of end to end projects and can leverage different approaches as the situation requires. With the gravitas to lead and a hunger and drive for excellence, you will be a dedicated Senior Project Managerwho understands the importance of adding value.It is important that you have:
  • Prince 2 Qualifications
  • ServiceNow delivery experience, plus experience of leading a complex cross-organisational project from start to end
  • Completed ServiceNow Foundations Qualification
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools and industry best practices
  • Proven experience in facilitating workshops and program planning sessions
  • Working experience in handling multiple projects / workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent planning and task management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Strong experience in leading change management initiatives
