Senior Quality Assurance Techncian Are you an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Technician looking for a new exciting job opportunityMy client currently have a vacancy within their QC team to help make sure that all manufactured products are of a consistent quality and comply to the required standards and legislation as well as achieving the company goals and objectives. The laboratory work will be conducted in a laboratory working to protocols, but this isn’t a role in a sterile and cleanroom environmentThe responsibilities:• Efficient operation of QC processes• Monitor GMP / hygiene compliance• Assist production to achieve quality & GMP compliance• Maintain supplier approval documentation, raise and track supplier non-conformances• Maintenance of the calibration program• Logging non-conformances and implementing initial corrective action• Reviewing the quarantine area on a regular basis to ensure progression of resolution• Assisting with QC activities• Final product inspection to ensure compliance of product with ISO9000, PS9000 and customer requirements• Filing system for samples and documentation to ensure quick retrievalTo be eligible for the role, you will need to:• Thorough knowledge of GDP and GMP regulations• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory framework within UK• Batchelors degree (or higher) in Life Sciences or related subject• Proven experience in Quality Assurance gained within a CRO or Pharma environment and thorough understanding of GCP compliance and Quality management• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills• Eligibility to live and work in the UKYou will enjoy the following benefits:• Considerable scope for progression in a fast moving industry• Contributory pension scheme• Private medical insurance• Flexible benefits scheme• On-site parking• Quick registration process• Dedicated consultant and support 24/7THE DETAILS: Job-Type: Perm Salary: NegotiableTTM Healthcare is an Equal Opportunities Employer
