Job Description

Job Title: Senior Nutrition Compliance Officer(Hybrid/Remote)Salary: Up to £40,000 per annumJob Type: Permanent, Full timeLocation: CambridgeshireOur Client, a leading supplier of nutritional ingredients and product solutions to a variety of industries; are looking for an individual with experience in Nutrition Compliance/Regulatory Affairs and who is able to hit the ground running in this seniorrole.This role offers flexible hybrid working at their modern facility in Cambridgeshire as well a great company culture and benefits. This role has scope for career progression and provides an excellent working community.Responsibilities

  • Ensure product development and sales teams are updated with key regulatory changes.
  • Create product documentation and regulatory compliance of products formulated within the business.
  • Able to write articles for trade magazines on specific topics.
  • Identifying and supporting to drive key areas of innovation, specific to industry sectors.
  • Support product development team to ensure nutritious and legal formulations.
  • Calculate nutritional information when needed.
  • Share change control documentation.
  • Supporting with product innovation ideas.
  • Carry out product/ingredient research when required.
  • Answering ingredient/nutritional related questions when required.
The person
  • Strong understanding of compliance legislation within the nutrition industry
  • Experience of Regulatory Affairs and labelling regulations within the nutrition industry
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Excellent communicator
