Job Description

Develop your career by joining an internationally recognised multidisciplinary consultant in their expanding Cambridge office.Your New RoleA seasoned consultancy with a proven record delivering a fantastic range of large high profile projects spanning the Commercial, Corporate, Residential and Education sectors. This variety is backed up by an enviable client base which has already attractedsome of the industrys top talent to the company.Joining as their Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on a number of interesting projects, with Residential being a key sector. You will help deliver in all aspects of the project, from inception through to project end.You will deal with a number of key projects concurrently which will vary in complexity and value typically from £5m - £50m.You will manage all phases of local Cambridgeshire projects whilst helping to:

  • Implement and maintain project reports focusing on quality and cost.
  • Advise and implement the service supply including tender selection and ongoing management to ensure specifications are adopted and delivered.
  • Convene and chair meetings with the client, providing guidance and directing further instructions on their behalf
  • Manage on-going project reviews, change control and completion activities.
We are interested in speaking with Qualified Project Managers with at least 3 years experience working on behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy or specialist cost consultancy. To be successful, you will need strong cross sector experience, ideally witha focus on Residential. Chartered MRICS or MAPM status is also required along with a clear ability to manage project teams.This is an opportunity to join a progressive and vibrant business with a client base to match.
