Job Title - Marketing Executive Contract - Permanent Salary - GBP30,000 Location - Cambridgeshire Industry - MarketingJob Title Senior Marketing Communications Executive Job Purpose · Provide marketing support · Develop and execute the agreed marketing plan through on and offline channels · Manage and develop internal communications to all stakeholders Key Skills/Competencies & Qualifications · Good knowledge of all aspects of marketing communication within a business-to-business environment (B2B), including use of targeted emails, social media and campaigns · Ability to take the lead on communications both on and offline · Working knowledge of major digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and email marketing platforms · CIM/CIPR/NCTJ qualification desirable · Strong copywriting skills · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written · Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage several competing priorities simultaneously · Good relationship-building ability · Creative with good eye for design and detail · Hardworking and dedicated · Willingness to learn, develop and progress · Commercially astute and willing to work in a highly regulated business · A collaborative and innovative approach to working · Act with integrity at all times when working with stakeholders Main Duties & Responsibilities · Work with the Head of Marketing to devise campaigns and promotions · Own the delivery of marketing activity · Co-ordinate marketing activity with in-house and external stakeholders (marketing agencies) · Work closely with teams to gain insights and feedback on activity · Work with the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to gain online reporting and insights that can be fed into marketing activity · Support with PR, and occasionally across the Group · Assist, when required, with events including the annual conference and ad-hoc events Compliance, Training & Development · Observe company procedures in the following areas to ensure the firm remains compliant with FCA and other regulations · Conduct Risk/ Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) · Conflicts of Interest · Training & Competence · Financial crime including: · Money laundering · Bribery Act 2010 · UK financial sanctions · Data security (including Data Protection Act) Produce and maintain own personal development plan with your line manager
