Job Description

A leading biopharmaceutical organisation in Cambridge are looking to expand their growing team by bringing in a Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The core purpose of the HR Business Partner role is, to drive performance and engagement across the organisation, enabling the company to achieve our corporate goals whilst making it a great place to work. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of shapingteams as the organization goes through a period of rapid growth, as well as being part of creating the future HR function as the team is in its early stage of formation. This role will have a key remit to help design and embed a new organisation-wide performanceapproach.Key Responsibilities*Partner with senior leaders to identify and drive HR priorities, including change management, team effectiveness, organizational design, engagement and culture, talent and succession, equality, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.*Partner with HR colleagues to input into the design, and deliver into the business, key people activities such as performance, talent and succession, compensation and reward.*Using HR expertise, data, industry insights and leadership thinking, advise, coach and challenge business leaders on key people topics.*Develop strong relationships to be able to act as a trusted confidante and enhance leadership abilities and relationships.*Provide/deliver innovative and integrated HR practices around critical business issues.*Align the suitable structure, cultural context, and practices to drive employee performance.This role offers hybrid working with 2/3 days a week in the office and the rest from home. This role also comes with a fantastic bonus structure.
