We need to ensure that we have appropriate structures, processes and workflows in place to support the short/long term businessgoals and commit to supporting them with any improvements.The role has a specific need for someone with strong organisational design and implementation experience, along with understanding the need to support the development of the people strategy and plans to ensure the structure of the business is optimised andready for "AMP8" (Asset Management Period) over the next 5 years. Someone who has operated as a Business Partner at a senior level and successfully implemented change/change programmes would be ideal.What youll be doingYou will work closely with specific business units and will need to appreciate how they connect with the wider business; support them in being part of relevant project teams and committees to drive and deliver a workforce for the future. You will supportthe design and implementation of the change programme by using trusted and robust models and use appropriate metrics to measure success and drive improvements through the programme.You will ensure fairness and consistency is delivered during this change period, and in line with employment law.Working closely with the Head of HR and Business Unit Director(s) to constantly bring insight and ideas to challenge our ways of thinking on how to deploy, motivate and organise the people resources, which will improve our productivity, customer serviceand financial and operational performance.What does it take to be successful
