We are currently recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a Cambridge based consultancy that are helping clients around the globe integrate nature into business decision-making.This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to help build the company, as part of our business support and management teams.The purpose of the role is to manage the finances of our for-profit, mission-driven consultancy, supporting its financial health and overall smooth operation. This involves providing business support and advice, financial planning, risk management, data analysisand supporting the Executive Team with sound financial advice to inform decisions for sustainable financial performance.You will need experience managing company accounts and assets, and in due diligence on budgets for tenders, client contract review and data analysis. Working knowledge of managing company insurance, pension and shareholder schemes is required for this role.Previous experience of reviewing client contracts and advising organisations on risk management is advantageous.This is a great opportunity to help build and consolidate the business, with a platform at board meetings, helping to make strategic decisions with the executive team. You will have a minimum of five years in a similar role and have advanced excel skills.
