Job Description

SENIOR CUSTOMER ANALYST £45,000 - 55,000PETERBOROUGH Are you looking to progress your career in analytics Have access to a vast amount of data and use new and exiting tools Take a look a this customer focussed analytics role!THE COMPANYA leading tech brand seeing even more growth within their data team! You will be part of this hybrid people first team looking to help the business base all decisions on data.THE ROLEAs the Senior Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to better improve their experience. More specifically you will have to:

  • Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
  • Use Python to build segmentation models aiming to predict and target the customer more accurately
  • Provide insights to senior stakeholders across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
  • Help to build an innovative culture promoting new analytical techniques, new tools and a test and learn culture
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • An expert in SQL
  • Exposure to Python and programming
  • Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPIs such as CLV, retention and loyalty
  • Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
