Job Description

Role: Senior Business AnalystType: Contract - 6 months Salary: £500 to £550 per day outside IR35 Location: Cambridgeshire Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for our Public Sector client, and we are specifically interested speak with anyone who experience within this type of role within Adults Services.The role is required to lead and deliver activities through service reviews. Where opportunities have been recognised the role requires building and supporting business cases, proposals for new structures and supporting the transition of plans and suggestions.Key responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst are;

  • Supervising on the development of Business Cases for allocated services
  • Leading complex business analysis for allocated services reviewing processes, systems resources and supporting transition activity
  • Collecting, analysing and interpreting information to support service redesign
  • Communicating with different service teams and stakeholders
  • Supporting service areas on improvements and efficiencies to inform plans
  • Assessing data sets, process mapping, processing the data and conducting capacity demand analysis.
The Ideal candidate for the Senior Business Analyst will have;
  • Local Authority experience
  • Project Management and Senior Business Analyst experience with a track record of successful delivery
  • Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure to tight project deadlines.
